Q: Can I get product samples?
A: Yes, stock samples are free, just contact us now.
 
Q: Is Surewin factory or a trading company?
A: Surewin Crafts is a 14+ years factory audited by Disne*y and Marvel, welcome to have a video call for a factory tour when you want.
 
Q: Why the shipping cost is so high?
A: Mostly, we will use the official express to arrange samples, if you're not in rush, we will arrange cheaper shipping,  you also can arrange to ship on your own if you have other products imported from China. just let us know in advance.
 
Q: I need products in rush, how fast can you produce them?
A: For most items, it will need only 3-7 days for the simple product when in a rush. Depending on your item, our colleague will check the schedule and get the fastest production time for you.
 
Q:l received products, but it's wrong, how could Ido?
A: No worry, if we confirm that the problem occurred from our side, we will remake for you for free,  and we will send everything for you to confirm at every process, so, please confirm the designs and details carefully before ordering.
 
Q:  Should  I pay the mould fee again when I re-order the same product?
A: Nope, we'll keep each mould for 3 years, during this period, you can re-order without a mould fee.
